A splash park for the kids

We had a fantastic time as a family! The kids loved the splash park, which kept them completely entertained. The daily cleaning was efficient, and the service was incredibly friendly. Each morning, we were greeted with bright smiles from the staff, making us feel right at home.

We did face some challenges. The beach had more rocks than expected, making it tricky for the kids to play safely. we encountered issues with securing sunbeds since guests would stake their claim early in the morning.

The variety of food options is impressive, especially the Mexican restaurant where the tacos are fantastic. The pool areas are expansive and quite refreshing, making for a pleasant spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Navigating the hotel can be a bit of a chore due to its layout. some rooms are far from central amenities, and that golf buggy transport may not be convenient enough. Sunbed reservations are a nightmare, with towels on loungers before sunrise, making it stressful to find a good spot. The indoor activities for bad weather are almost non-existent. the arcade is limited and charging extra for entertainment feels off. Don't expect the evening shows to knock your socks off—they tend toward repetitiveness and could use a shake-up. Wi-Fi also leaves much to be desired, often sluggish when you need it most.

It was just a good pick for a getaway in Porto Petro (Mallorca) with outstanding value. The kids loved the splash park, which kept them entertained for hours. Arrive early to enjoy the lunch buffet before checking in, as the food selection is great.

The room was spacious with a modern bathroom, ideal for mobility needs. Decor was lovely, and the cheerful colors made me feel right at home, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the charming complex.

More accessibility features for seniors would be helpful.

It was just a strong match for a short visit in Porto Petro with decent value for money. Enjoyed the variety of food options and particularly loved the tacos at the Mexican restaurant. Reserve a spot early for the beach restaurant—it's worth it.

during our three nights, we were blown away by the hospitality and attention to detail. the mix of different restaurants provided us with varied and delicious meals each day, really enhancing our experience. celebrating a wedding here exceeded our expectations, especially the stunning views and vibrant atmosphere that made every moment special.
